ALAN LANE "BUBBA" HULL

Alan Lane "Bubba" Hull, age 40, of Wyaconda, MO, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 1, 2007, in Hays, KS.

He was born May 26, 1966, in Keokuk, IA, a son of Eddie L. and Jean Whiting Hull.

Survivors include his mother, Jean Hull, of Memphis, MO; grandmother, HazelFeldman of Kahoka, MO; a sister, Kathy Jean Pence and her husband, Mitchell, of Memphis, MO; two nephews, Landon Lee and Francis Lane Pence; uncles, Daryl Hull and his fiancé, Becky Philp, of Wyaconda, MO, and Dale Hull of Clay Center, KS; an aunt, Darlene Graham and her husband, Ronnie, of Luray, MO; as well as several cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father on May 4, 2000, and grandparents, Ray Feldman and Francis and Vera Hull.

Alan graduated from Wyaconda High School in 1984. He was a cross country truck driver employed by W. L. Miller Construction in Hamilton, IL. As a youth he had been active in 4-H and was a former Boy Scout. He loved animals, especially horses, and was a member of the Show-Me Saddle Club. He was a Nascar racing fan and enjoyed buying memorabilia for his nephew. His family and friends were very important to him and he enjoyed hanging out with them more than anything.

Funeral services are Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with words of comfort by Chris Hull and Jerry Beach. Burial will follow in the Kahoka Cemetery.

Friends can call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after 9 a.m. on Friday with family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m.

Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Lane Pence Educational Fund.
