BILLY G. PRICE

Billy G. Price, age 75, of Kahoka, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 in the Clark Co. Nursing Home in Kahoka.

Bill was born July 8, 1939 in Milton, Van Buren County, Iowa, the son of Gerald R. and Melba McDonnell Price.

Bill was raised in Van Buren county, graduating from Milton High School. He continued his education and spent the majority of his adult life in California working in the nursing field.
Due to failing health, he returned to the midwest and to be with his parents in Kahoka.

Bill is survived by several cousins including Virginia Webster of Kahoka, Susie Buschling of Canton, and Roger Newberry of Keokuk; daughter and granddaughter, Lana Kirchner and Alyx Kirchner, both of Kahoka; special friend and caretaker, Pam Masden, of Kahoka; as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Boo.

Many will remember Bill taking his dog, Boo, for walks and car rides around Kahoka. He loved being around people, watching tv, and having company. He dearly loved his special "family" at Steve's Family Diner in Kahoka.

At Bill's request, there was no visitation or service. He was interred next to his parents in the Revere Cemetery.

Memorials in lieu of flowers were suggested to the Clark Co. Ambulance District in care of Wilson Funeral Home.
