Lois Crandal

LOIS JUANITA ALLEN CRANDAL

Lois Juanita Allen Crandal, age 82, of Smiths Grove, KY, passed away, Friday, September 14, 2007, at the Delta Medical Center in Memphis, TN.

A native of Kahoka, MO, Lois was the daughter of the late Gurden and Ada Everman Allen.

She was married to Clarence Crandal who preceded her in death. She was also preceded

in death by her parents and three brothers: Forrest, Wayne, and Richard Allen.

Survivors include one son, Butch Crandal and his wife, Pam, of Louisville, KY; three daughters: Gracie Hunt and her husband, Tommy, of Oakland, KY, Nancy Johnson and her husband, Larry, of Memphis, TN, and Vicki Jones and her husband, Paul, of Bloomfield, MI; a step-daughter, Mary Rose Young, of Little Falls, MN; three brothers: Norman Allen and his companion, Viola Roberts, both of Keokuk, IA, Charlie Allen and his wife, Gloria, of Kahoka, MO, and Bob Allen and his wife, Virginia, of Kahoka, MO; three sisters: Judy Gutting of Burnside, IL, Patty Martin and her husband, Paul, of Blue Springs, MO, and Margaret Allen of Oklahoma; a brother-in-law, Bob Crandal and his wife, Vera, of Wayland, MO; as well as

14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and, several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at 10 a.m. at the Kahoka Cemetery with Rev. Dan Deatrick officiating. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to the Oakland (Kentucky) Baptist Church Building Fund.
