MARY LOUISE LEWIS

Mary Louise Lewis, 82, of Revere, Missouri, passed away on April 4, 2013 peacefully in her sleep.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial was in Kahoka Cemetery.

Louise was born in Wyaconda, Missouri on April 30, 1930. She graduated from Kahoka High School in 1947 and continued on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Truman State University.

Louise was married to I.N. Lewis Jr. VI on December 20, 1953. They celebrated 40 years of marriage.

Louise worked as a teacher for 30 years in the state of Missouri. She positively impacted the lives of many children. She enjoyed reading, gardening, fishing, and needlework. She was also involved in various community organizations.

Louise is survived by her brother, Raymond Allen Terrill and his wife, Alice of Kansas City, Missouri. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews, Cherlyn Terrill Hansen and husband, Douglas of Liberty Missouri, Joedy Terrill and wife, Brenda of Olathe, Kansas, Jeffrey Terrill of Lawson, Missouri, and Chella Terrill Lauer and husband, Fred of Kansas City, Missouri. She also leaves many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Irwin C. Terrill and Luella Falkenstine Terrill; as well as husband, I.N. Lewis Jr. VI.
