Margaret J. Glasgow, age 65, of Arbela, MO, died Saturday, October 23, 2004 in Wichita, KS.

She was born September 19, 1939 in Liverpool, England, a daughter of Edward and Margaret Williams Johnson

She married Terry Crone and they were the parents of Terry and Lorna. She later married Nelson Glasgow who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Terry Crone and his wife, Sheila, of Leavenworth, KS; one daughter, Lorna Jester of Augusta, KS; seven grandchildren: Trisha, Macie, and Makenzie Jester, Chastity Pinckney, Tyler Ramsey, and, Samantha and Danielle Crone; four sisters, Marjorie Brookfield, Barbara Hamilton and her husband, Brian, and Lady Irene Coville and her husband, Sir Christopher Coville, all of Liverpool, England, and, Helena "Ellie" Woodward and her husband,

Mickey, of Edina, MO; special friends, Barry and Mary Crone of Crofton Bear, Delaware; nieces and nephews : Cathy Wilson, Allison Jones, Janette Seddon, and Peter, Nicola and Therasa Coville, Barry Crone of Arizona, Paula Crone of Texas, Vincent Crone of Delaware, Shelly Nixon of Fort Madison, IA and Tony Nixon of Cedar Rapids, IA; as well as other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Nelson Glasgow.

Margaret received her education in England. Her children were very important to her and Terry and they moved to the United States in order to give their children a better education and life.

She had been primarily a homemaker and was an excellent cook. She loved being outdoors caring for her garden and flowers. She also loved the farm and feeding the fish and the baby calves.

Funeral services are Friday, October 29, 2004 at 1:30 p.m.at the Kahoka Christian Church with Rev. Dick Clifford officating.

Burial will be in Kahoka Cemetery.

Friends can call after 9 a.m. on Thursday at Wilson Funeral Home with family receiving

friends 6-8 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the American Stroke Association.
