Mike had many, many friends. He was known by several nick names - Hooter, Montana Moose Molester and on the CB as Houdini. He loved people and made many friends across the nation and here in his corner of Missouri. It was a fact that he spent all hours of the day and night on his cell phone talking or texting, connecting with those he cared about.
He loved to fish, especially bass. He had escorted the famous fisherman, Jimmy Houston, fishing near Memphis while Jimmy was filming his tv show. He was a hunter as well, particularly deer and turkey. He was an avid flea market shopper and had many treasures in his shop acquired through his ventures. He was also quite a prankster.
