Rosie A Whitehead

Rosie A. Whitehead, 55, of Quincy, IL., passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL with her family by her side.

Rosie was born August 14, 1969, in Memphis, MO., to Aaron W and Dema T (Huston) Dean. In 1996 she met the love of her life Tim Williams, and he survives.

Rosie in her younger years loved to go fishing, especially with her siblings, she worked hard and enjoyed the simple things in life. She was very talented with her flowers, especially hydrangeas and crochet beautiful blankets for all her family. She always looked forward to barbeques and family gatherings. Her faith was important to her.

Rosie is survived by: Tim Williams of 29 years, her children: Donovan Williams and Danielle Williams of Quincy, IL, her brothers: Aaron W Dean Jr. of Palmyra, MO., Jimmy Dean of Quincy, IL, her sister Nancy Dean of Quincy, IL., and 2 grandchildren Giuseppe and Dezmond Williams, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Donnie Dean.

Funeral Services for Rosie A. Whitehead will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Kahoka, MO., with burial at the Combs Cemetery in Luray, MO. Pastor James Bridges will officiate. Visitation with family present will be held at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
