TONY A. WILSON

Tony A. Wilson, age 56, of Williamstown, MO, passed away Monday, October 14 2019, as a result of a work related accident in St. Joseph, MO.

Tony was born August 3, 1963 in Thermal, CA, a son of Denzel Martin and Lois G. Thurman Wilson.

On November 30, 1997 he was united in marriage to Kelly Dopheide.

Survivors include his wife, Kelly, of Williamstown, MO; his in-laws, Rodney and Marian Dopheide of Sacramento, CA and Charlotte and Danny Desvaux of St. Patrick, MO; one son, Pernell Dopheide of St. Patrick, MO; a daughter, Savannah (Jordan) Logsdon of Canton, MO; seven grandchildren: Kyler Stott, Nova Dopheide, and Ally Dopheide all of Mt. Pleasant, IA; Pernell Dopheide, Jr. of Chalice, ID, Hadley Newland of Memphis, MO and Adalynn and Norah Logsdon of Canton, MO; three brothers: Dan Wilson of Yale, OK, Bill Wilson of Drumright, OK and Clifford (Cassandra) Wilson of Drumright, OK; a sister, Judy Brown of Spring Valley, CA; sisters-in-law, Kim Wilson of Oilton, OK and Marie (Joe) Gundlach of Perkins, OK; as well as many nieces and nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Rocky, Jack, Matt, and Shawn Wilson; and sisters-in-law, Vicky Lynn and Tina.

Tony was a master welder all of his life and was currently employed by Skinner Tank Company located in Yale, OK.

Tony had loved fishing and kayaking. He took a lot of pride in his garden. He was fearless when it came to new adventures and was always fun to be around. Most of all he was an excellent grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren and will be dearly missed.

Graveside services were held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Hill Cemetery, Williamstown, MO.

There was no formal visitation, however, friends registered at Wilson Funeral Home on Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka assisted in handling the arrangements.

Memorials were made to the family.
